Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 100 g butter
- 200 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 100 ml sour cream
- 100 g sugar
- 200 g Flour
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 12 pink marshmallows
- 200 g dark chocolate (70%)
- 200 g milk chocolate (25%)
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 75 g butter
- small pink and white marshmallows
- fruit gummy candies
- chocolate lollipops
- 80 g white couverture chocolate

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan. Place paper liners into a cupcake or muffin tin.

Heat the butter in a saucepan and let it cool. Whisk together milk, egg, sour cream, and sugar with an electric mixer. In a bowl combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, cocoa, and salt. Add the milk mixture and butter to the dry ingredients and stir quickly into a smooth batter. Fill the liners, press one marshmallow into each center, and bake for about 25 minutes. Remove from oven, cool briefly, take out of tin, and let rest.

For the frosting, roughly chop the dark and milk chocolate. Melt with maple syrup and butter in a saucepan over low heat while stirring. Let it cool slightly until spreadable. Spread on cupcakes and decorate with marshmallows, sliced fruit gummies, and chocolate lollipops as desired. Chop white couverture chocolate, melt, and let cool a bit. Use a piping bag or spoon to create lines on the cupcakes before serving.
