Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 800 ml milk
  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar (more or less to taste)
  • 100 g milk chocolate couverture
  • 100 g dark chocolate couverture
  • 4 tbsp whipped cream
  • 8 marshmallows (pink and white)

Instructions

    Heat the milk with the split vanilla bean and sugar.

    Grate both chocolates, set aside some milk chocolate shavings for garnish. Stir both chocolates into the vanilla milk and let melt. Remove from heat and discard the vanilla bean. Pour the hot chocolate into mugs and top each with whipped cream. Dice the marshmallows, place on the whipped cream, and sprinkle with grated chocolate before serving.
