Chocolate Crunch

Ingredients

  • 100 g chopped almonds
  • 300 g dark chocolate couverture
  • 20 g butter (1 heaping tablespoon)
  • 150 g cornflakes

Instructions

    Roast the almonds in a pan over medium heat without adding fat, stirring until golden yellow.

    Break up the chocolate and melt it with the butter over a hot water bath.

  3. 3.

    Meanwhile, place the cornflakes in a freezer bag and crush them roughly with a rolling pin.

    Combine the cornflakes with the almonds and fold in the chocolate mixture. Using two teaspoons, form about 40 small portions on a sheet of parchment paper and let cool.
