  • 400 g crème fraîche
  • 400 g fresh fruit (e.g., berries, kiwis, mango, physalis)

    Break the chocolate into pieces. Heat the crème fraîche while stirring. Add the chocolate and stir until melted. Pour the cream into glasses and chill for 2 hours.
