- 150 g dark chocolate
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g Soft Butter
- 3 eggs
- 200 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 150 ml milk
- 100 ml cold whipping cream
- 1 sachet stabilizer
- cocoa powder (for dusting)

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) with top and bottom heat and line the bottom of a springform pan with parchment paper. Chop the chocolate and melt it over a double boiler, then let it cool slightly. Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Combine flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar in a separate bowl. Stir the dry mixture and milk into the batter.

Stir the melted chocolate into the batter. Pour the chocolate batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 45 minutes (test with a toothpick).

Remove the cake from the pan and cool on a wire rack. Whip the cream with the stabilizer and spread it over the cooled cake. Dust with cocoa powder.
