Ingredients
- 100 g ladyfingers
- 75 g amaretti cookies
- 75 g liquid butter
- 450 g dark chocolate
- 600 g whipping cream
- 50 ml amaretto liqueur
- Chocolate sprinkles (for decorating)
Instructions

Crush ladyfingers and amaretti with a rolling pin, mix with liquid butter, press into the bottom of a 23 cm springform pan by hand.

Melt chopped chocolate over a hot water bath. Let cool again.

Beat cream until stiff peaks form, fold in amaretto, then stir in melted chocolate. Spread the chocolate-cream mixture over the cookie crust and smooth it out. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

Remove from pan and serve garnished with chocolate sprinkles.
