Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas (ca. 300 g)
- 50 g dark chocolate (at least 70 % cocoa content)
- 200 g Spelt flour Type 1050
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 80 g raw cane sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g butter (room temperature)
- 150 ml milk (3.5 % fat)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar made from raw cane sugar

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (160 °C fan; gas: level 2–3) for about 20–25 minutes. Let the chocolate banana muffins cool completely before serving, then dust with powdered sugar.
