  • 4 quail eggs
  • 4 eggs
  • 30 g chives
  • 4 small whole grain toast slices
  • 2 cherry tomatoes

  • butter (for spreading)
  • mayonnaise (from tube)

Instructions

    Boil the quail eggs for about 8 minutes and the chicken eggs for about 10 minutes. Then cool them in cold water, let them cool further and peel. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine ribbons. Toast the bread slices and let them cool. Wash the tomatoes, halve them and gently hollow out the centers with a teaspoon.

    Spread butter on the cooled toast slices and sprinkle with the sliced chives. Flatten the eggs slightly at the bottom and place them on the bread. Set the hollowed tomato halves on top and decorate with mayonnaise spoons. Arrange on a plate and keep cool until serving.
