Ingredients
- 150 g long-grain rice
- Salt
- 500 g pork schnitzel
- 3 red onions
- 2 red bell peppers
- 100 g Sugar snap peas
- 1 piece ginger
- 100 g mung bean sprouts
- 4 tbsp oil
- Pepper
- soy sauce
Instructions

Cook the rice in boiling salted water for 20 minutes, then drain on a sieve.

Wash and pat dry the pork; cut into strips. Peel and quarter the onions.

Wash, trim, and slice the bell peppers. Wash the sugar snap peas. Peel and finely dice the ginger; rinse the sprouts.

Heat oil in a pan and brown the pork all over. Add onions, peppers, and ginger, and sauté further. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes.

Cover again and cook for another 5 minutes. Stir in the sugar snap peas, sprouts, and rice; fry together for about 3 minutes, seasoning with pepper, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
