Chili con Carne with Corn

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 300 g Ground Beef
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 bell peppers (red and green)
- 1 Green Chili Pepper
- 450 g peeled tomatoes (canned)
- 380 g corn (canned)
- 800 g kidney beans (1 large can)
- 750 ml meat broth
- 2 tsp chili powder
Instructions

Peel and finely dice the onion. Warm oil in a hot pan, briefly sauté the onion, add ground beef and cook until crumbly for about 6–8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Wash bell peppers and chili, halve them, remove seeds and stems, cut flesh into cubes. Drain corn. Place peeled tomatoes in a pot and mash with two forks.

Rinse beans and add to the tomatoes, pour in broth and bring to a boil. Add ground beef, pepper and chili pieces, and corn kernels. Season with chili powder, salt, and pepper, then simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve Chili con Carne with Corn in bowls.
