- 2 Apples
- 1 Banana
- 80 ml sea buckthorn juice
- 100 g yogurt
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 400 ml milk

Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the cores and cut the quarters into pieces. Peel the banana, slice it and blend the apple pieces, sea buckthorn juice, yogurt, honey and milk in a blender until smooth.
