Chicory Salad with Kiwi and Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • lime juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 tbsp chives rings

    Peel the grapefruit thoroughly, removing all white pith, then separate into individual segments. Peel the kiwis and slice thinly. Separate the chicory leaves, rinse, and pat dry. Wash the arugula and gently spin dry.

    Whisk together cream cheese, yogurt, ketchup, a splash of lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste. On four plates arrange chicory leaves in a rosette pattern, place arugula in the center. Arrange grapefruit segments and kiwi slices on top of the salad and drizzle with sauce. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, sesame, and chives rings before serving.
