Ingredients

  • 8 tomatoes
  • 150 g yellow cocktail tomatoes
  • 0.5 bunch arugula
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem ends, and slice the flesh into thin rounds. Arrange them in a rosette pattern on plates.

    Wash the cocktail tomatoes, quarter them, and distribute over the tomato slices.

    Wash the arugula, trim, dry by spinning, and place it atop the tomatoes. Drizzle with vinegar and oil, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle oregano, and let rest for about 10 minutes before serving. Serve with toasted white bread if desired.
