Ingredients
- 1 Chinese cabbage
- 250 g Chicken breast fillet
- 0.25 l chicken broth
- 1 can mandarin (in own juice)
- 2 tbsp Sesame
- 3 spring onions
- 250 g medium‑thick Chinese noodles
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp water
- Salt
- Pepper

Clean and wash the cabbage. Cut the upper, tender part of the leaves into large pieces; slice the lower, tougher part into strips. Wash and trim the spring onions, then cut them into thin strips.

Bring the chicken broth to a boil and simmer the chicken breast for 15 minutes until cooked through. Drain and let cool, then cube the meat. Break the noodles into smaller pieces and cook according to package instructions.
