Ingredients
- 500 g frozen calamari (ready to cook)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 sprig thyme
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 young spinach bundle
- Salt
- Pepper
- juice of one lemon
- 1 Spring onion
- capers for garnish

Peel the garlic and sauté with thyme in 3 tbsp oil, add calamari pieces, stir-fry while turning, let cool slightly. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Wash and halve the tomatoes. Rinse, trim, and pat dry the spinach. Wash, trim, and slice the spring onion into rings. Combine all with the calamari, drizzle remaining olive oil, and serve garnished with capers.
