Try the delicious chickpea dip for the Thermomix® by Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 240 g chickpeas (canned; drained weight)
  • 100 g thick milk (1.5% fat)
  • 30 g tahini (2 tbsp)
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Black cumin

Instructions

    Place chickpeas in a sieve, rinse and drain.

  2. 2.

    Season the drained chickpeas with thick milk, tahini paste, cumin, salt, and cayenne pepper; transfer to the mixing bowl and blend finely for 20 seconds on setting 5.

    Transfer the mixture, sprinkle over black cumin, and serve.
