Ingredients
- 240 g chickpeas (canned; drained weight)
- 100 g thick milk (1.5% fat)
- 30 g tahini (2 tbsp)
- Cumin
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Black cumin
Instructions

Place chickpeas in a sieve, rinse and drain.

Season the drained chickpeas with thick milk, tahini paste, cumin, salt, and cayenne pepper; transfer to the mixing bowl and blend finely for 20 seconds on setting 5.

Transfer the mixture, sprinkle over black cumin, and serve.
