Chicken Wrap

Ingredients
- 400 g chicken breast fillet
- 1 small onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 EL oil
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 1 pinch seasoned broth powder
- 0.5 TL cornstarch
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 EL sesame seeds
- 4 tortilla flatbreads
Instructions

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. Peel and dice the onion into small cubes. Peel and dice the garlic into small cubes.

Peel the cucumber, halve it lengthwise, scrape out the seeds, then cut the flesh into 3 cm long thin sticks. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic, and cucumber sticks together. Pour in the heavy cream and add the chicken strips. Let everything simmer for about 5 minutes.

Season with broth powder. Whisk the cornstarch with 1 EL water until smooth and stir into the sauce; bring to a brief boil. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in the sesame seeds.

Heat the tortilla flatbreads according to package instructions, spread the sauce on each, roll them up into wraps, and serve.
