Ingredients

  • 20 Chicken Wings
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika
  • 6 tbsp seed oil
  • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • Tabasco
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp horseradish (fresh grated or jarred)
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 4 stalks celery

Instructions

    Rub the chicken wings with salt, pepper and paprika, then heat the oil in a pan and slowly brown them all over until golden brown; remove and let cool slightly.

    Whisk ketchup with a few drops of Tabasco and brush the mixture onto the wings.

    Place the wings side‑by‑side on a baking rack and bake at 250 °C or under a hot grill until they are golden brown.

    For the dip, blend cream cheese with horseradish and heavy cream until creamy, then season with salt and pepper. Wash and trim celery, cutting into pieces about 12–15 cm long.
