Chicken Wings with Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 1.5 kg chicken wings
- 50 ml olive oil
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Sea salt
- 100 g blue cheese
- 200 g Sour Cream
- black pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Wash the chicken wings, pat them dry with paper towels and split at the joint.

In a large bowl whisk together the oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice, turmeric, honey, paprika powder and chili flakes. Toss the wings in the mixture and cover; refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Remove the wings from the marinate, season with salt and grill over high heat, turning regularly, for about 15 minutes. Brush occasionally with remaining marinade.

For the dip mash the cheese with a fork and stir in the sour cream. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the dip in small bowls alongside the grilled wings on plates or platters.
