Simple yet always delicious: The Chicken Wings Snack from Spoonsparrow tastes great for all ages!

Ingredients

  • 20 Chicken Wings
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 10 g ginger
  • 0.5 tsp allspice berries
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 50 g ketchup
  • Salt
  • 60 g mayonnaise
  • 60 g sour cream
  • 0.5 onion
  • 2 small pickles
  • Salt
  • white pepper

Instructions

    Wash and pat dry the chicken wings. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash, deseed, and finely chop the chilies. Peel and grate the ginger. Crush allspice, coriander, and peppercorns in a mortar. Combine with chopped garlic, grated ginger, chopped chilies, lime juice, honey, olive oil, and ketchup. Mix well with the chicken wings. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Season and grill on a grill, turning occasionally for about 15 minutes.

    For the dip, whisk mayonnaise with sour cream. Peel and finely dice the onion. Drain and finely dice the pickles, then mix with 1–2 tbsp pickle juice and the onion into the cream. Season with salt and white pepper, and serve with the chicken wings.
