The Chicken Wings from Spoonsparrow impress with their spicy marination and are an ideal snack or side dish for vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 480 g Chicken Wings (12 pieces)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar‑free ketchup
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Instructions

    Wash and pat dry the chicken wings, then place them in a shallow dish. Peel the garlic cloves and press them into a small bowl. Add honey, balsamic vinegar, ketchup, salt, cayenne pepper, oil, and cinnamon; whisk everything together.

    Brush the wings with the marination and bake in a preheated oven at 225 °C (200 °C fan‑forced or gas level 3–4) for 30 minutes, turning halfway through. Serve fresh from the oven as a barbecue side.
