Ingredients
- 800 g chicken breast fillet
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 40 g flour
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 2 eggs (medium size)
- 150 g breadcrumbs
- frying oil

Cut the chicken breast into bite‑sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

In a shallow dish mix the flour, curry powder, and paprika. In another dish beat the eggs with a fork and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Coat each chicken piece first in the seasoned flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally roll it in the breadcrumbs. Fry portions in hot oil (175 °C) until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper.

Serve with tomato ketchup if desired.
