Ingredients
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 100 g pasta (Tubetti)
- 1 l chicken broth
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 can corn
- 150 ml white wine
- 250 g Broccoli
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
Instructions

Parboil the tomatoes, peel, halve, core and dice them.

Wash the broccoli and cut into rings. Peel the thick stems and cut into small pieces.

Cut the chicken breast fillets into cubes.

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, then sauté in hot butter with the broccoli stems, add the noodles, broth and wine, bring to a boil and simmer covered for about 5 minutes, then add the meat cubes, broccoli florets, tomatoes and corn and cook for another 5 minutes until done.

Season the noodle soup with salt, cayenne pepper and vinegar and serve.
