Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • paprika powder (sweet)
  • 400 g penne pasta
  • 250 ml chicken stock (glass)
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 200 g heavy cream
  • light sauce thickener (or 30 g cold butter in pieces)

Instructions

    Rub the chicken thighs with salt, pepper and paprika, place them in a greased roasting pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 35-40 minutes.

    Meanwhile cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

    Pour the stock and wine into a saucepan and reduce quickly over high heat to half, then gradually add the cream and reduce again to half. Season with salt and pepper and thicken with sauce thickener or cold butter if desired.

    Plate the chicken thighs with penne pasta and sauce and serve.
