Ingredients

  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 EL clarified butter
  • 2 EL Butter
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 4 EL dry sherry
  • 1 can mushroom cream soup (400 ml contents)
  • 2 EL chopped parsley

    Clean the mushrooms and slice them.

    Peel the garlic. Heat the clarified butter in a wide pan, sear the chicken thighs all over until browned, transfer to a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for about 30 minutes. Finally press the garlic over the thighs, season with salt and pepper, and remove from the oven.
