Chicken Stir-Fry with Chinese Cabbage

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 5 tbsp sherry
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 600 g Chinese cabbage
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 red chili peppers
- 4 tbsp oil
- 200 ml broth
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions

Cut the chicken into large bite-sized cubes. Mix 3 tbsp sherry and soy sauce, add the meat and marinate for 30 minutes.

Slice the Chinese cabbage into wide strips.

Slice the chilies into rings. Peel the garlic and cut into sticks.

Brown the meat in 3 tbsp hot oil for about 5-8 minutes, then remove. Heat the remaining oil and quickly sauté the garlic, then add cabbage and chili and cook for about 2 minutes. Add the remaining sherry and broth, return the meat, bring to a boil and season to taste.
