Ingredients

  • 200 g thinly sliced chicken cutlets
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 4 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 8 young spinach leaves
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar

Instructions

    Cut the meat into 1–1.5 cm wide strips and brush with 1 tbsp oil. Trim the spring onions, slice a bit of the white part into fine rings for the salad, and cut the rest into pieces about 1–1.5 cm long.

    Season the meat with thyme, salt, and pepper, then skewer alternately with the spring onion slices in a wave pattern. Grill the skewers with tomatoes on a hot grill for 3–5 minutes.

    Wash the spinach and arrange it on plates. Top with tomatoes, sprinkle with spring onion rings, add the skewers, drizzle with vinegar and oil, lightly salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
