Chicken Satay with Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- 4 turkey cutlets (200 g each)
- 2 tbsp yellow curry paste
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp mild curry powder
- 1 small cooking banana
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 cucumber salad
- 2 small red chilies
- 2 onions
- 1 Spring onion
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

Lightly pound the turkey cutlets and skewer them lengthwise. Blend the curry paste with turmeric, curry powder, banana, honey, fish sauce, and peanut oil in a blender until smooth. Coat the meat with this mixture and marinate for 30 minutes.

Peel the cucumber and shave into thin slices. Slice the chilies into fine rings. Peel the onions, trim the spring onion, and slice them into fine rings as well. Combine all with the cucumber and mix with fish sauce and oil.

Grill the skewers over high heat for 7-10 minutes until cooked through and serve with the salad. Garnish with edible orchid flowers if desired.
