Chicken Ragout with Pasta

Ingredients
- 500 g tube pasta (e.g., Zite)
- Salad salt
- 250 g Chicken breast fillet
- 1 pepperoncini
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 4 tomatoes
- chili powder
- 100 g grated Parmesan

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Preheat the oven to grill mode.

Rinse and pat dry the chicken, then finely chop. Wash, halve, peel, and finely chop the pepperoncini. Peel the onion and garlic; finely chop the garlic and dice the onion. Sauté together with the pepperoncini in hot oil until translucent. Add the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the tomato paste. Boil the tomatoes briefly, cool, peel, remove stems, and cut into pieces. Add to the chicken mixture and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and chili powder. Toss the drained pasta with the ragout and transfer to a baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for about 5 minutes until gratinated.
