Chicken Onion Skewers with Lemon Dip

Ingredients
- 400 g large chicken breast fillet (2 large chicken breast fillets)
- 2 red onions
- 0.5 tsp dried thyme
- 1 pinch ground turmeric
- 1 pinch ground cumin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 0.5 Organic lemon
- 10 g horseradish root
- 1 small garlic clove
- 40 g sour cream (2 tbsp)
- 40 g yogurt (1.5 % fat) (2 Tbsp)
Instructions

Rinse chicken under cold water, pat dry and cut into bite-sized cubes.

Peel onions and cut into wedges. Alternate threading chicken cubes and onion wedges onto skewers.

Mix thyme with turmeric, cumin and olive oil. Brush skewers with mixture, season with salt and pepper, and grill on a hot grill for about 6 minutes, brushing with oil repeatedly.

Meanwhile, wash half the lemon hot, pat dry and grate zest finely; slice remaining lemon into rounds. Peel and mince horseradish and garlic.

Mix lemon zest with sour cream, yogurt, horseradish and garlic and season with salt. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with lemon slices.

Arrange skewers on a plate. Serve with lemon dip.
