Ingredients

  • Fresh vegetables (as desired: eggplant, bell pepper, zucchini...)
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

    Wash and trim the vegetables, then slice or quarter as preferred. Halve the garlic cloves.
