Ingredients

  • 600 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 500 g Swiss chard
  • 300 g brown button mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 10 g ginger root
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 100 ml poultry stock
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

    Wash the chicken breast fillets and pat dry with kitchen paper. Slice the meat into strips. Wash, trim, drain well, and cut the Swiss chard into smaller pieces.

    Clean the mushrooms and halve or quarter them. Peel and finely dice the onion, garlic, and ginger.

    Brown the mushrooms in 1 tbsp hot oil, then remove from the pan. In the remaining oil, sauté the onions with garlic and ginger until lightly golden brown. Add the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Deglaze with stock, add the mushrooms, Swiss chard, and thyme, season with salt and pepper, and simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
