Ingredients
- 600 g Chicken breast fillet
- 1 pinch piment (ground)
- 0.5 tsp finely ground ginger
- 1 tsp nutmeg (ground)
- 1 tsp pepper (freshly ground)
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- oil for frying
- Salt
- basil for garnish

Wash the chicken, pat dry and cut into strips. Season with piment, ginger, nutmeg, pepper, and cinnamon; drizzle with lime juice and marinate covered in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Wash, trim, and slice the celery diagonally into thin slices or strips. Wash, seed, and slice the bell pepper into thin strips. Peel and roughly chop the onion.

Brown the chicken in hot oil all around, add the vegetables and sauté for about 3-4 minutes while stirring. Season with salt and taste. Serve garnished with basil alongside cooked rice.
