- 800 g waxy potatoes
- Salt
- 500 g savoy cabbage
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- pepper (ground)
- nutmeg
- 4 chicken breast fillets (about 140 g each)
- 150 g oyster mushrooms
- 150 ml milk
- 2 tbsp butter

Wash, peel and boil the potatoes in salted water for about 30 minutes. Trim, wash and slice the savoy cabbage into strips. Sauté in 2 tbsp oil for about 8 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Wash the chicken, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, then cook in 2 tbsp oil over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.

Clean the mushrooms and sauté them in the remaining oil for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the potatoes, mash them, and fold in hot milk, butter, and savoy cabbage strips. Season with salt and nutmeg. Plate the mashed potatoes topped with oyster mushrooms and chicken breast.
