- 2 chicken breast fillets (from corn-fed chickens)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp chopped walnut kernels
- 100 g mixed salad greens
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- pickled beetroot slices

Season the chicken meat with salt and pepper. Heat butter and oil in a pan, cook the chicken breast fillets for about 5 minutes on each side. Finally add the walnuts and sauté briefly.

Wash, rinse, and dry the salad. Whisk vinegar with oil, salt, and pepper.
