Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken breast fillet
- 2 onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp plant oil
- 2 tbsp sweet paprika powder
- chili flakes
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 500 ml poultry broth
- 4 tbsp Sour cream
- oregano for garnish

Rinse the chicken, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onions and garlic; slice the onions into rings and finely chop the garlic.

Brown the chicken in a hot pot with oil all around. Add the onions and garlic and sauté briefly. Season with paprika powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper, cook for a moment, then deglaze with broth. Simmer gently for about 20 minutes, adding more broth if needed.

Taste the stew before serving and ladle onto deep plates. Spoon a dollop of sour cream on top and sprinkle with chili flakes. Garnish with oregano and serve.
