Ingredients

  • 600 g mixed ground meat
  • 1 tbsp red curry paste
  • 1 chili pepper (sliced into thin rings)
  • 200 ml meat broth
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin (ground)
  • 2 potatoes (firmly boiled)
  • 150 g Frozen Peas
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 flatbread

Instructions

    Sear the ground meat vigorously in hot oil. Add the potatoes and sauté with turmeric, curry paste, and cumin. Pour in the meat broth, add the chili pepper, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes.

    Add the peas, season with salt and cayenne pepper, and let it cook uncovered for another 5 minutes. Serve in bowls and accompany with flatbread.
