Ingredients
- 300 g celery stalks
- 4 slices pineapple (fresh or canned)
- 300 g fried chicken breast fillets (sliced)
- 200 g Sour Cream
- 2 tbsp mango chutney
- pepper (ground)
- 8 slices sesame bread
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Clean, wash and slice the celery diagonally. Cut the pineapple into small pieces.

Lightly toast the sesame in a pan without fat.

Mix the sour cream with the mango chutney and season with pepper. Spread four slices of bread with this mixture and layer with celery, pineapple, and chicken breast slices.

Sprinkle with pepper and sesame seeds, top each with another slice of bread and serve.
