Chia Yogurt with Clementine Puree

The Chia yogurt with clementine puree from Spoonsparrow is always a hit as breakfast or snack!

Ingredients

  • 300 g lactose‑free yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 30 g chia seeds
  • 1 tsp whole grain sugar
  • 2 clementines
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 30 g Dark chocolate
  • 30 g hazelnuts
  • 5 g amaranth pops (2 tbsp)

Instructions

    Stir the yogurt with chia seeds and whole grain sugar, then set aside.

    Peel the clementines and cut into segments. Peel the banana and combine both fruits in a blender. Add cinnamon and blend until smooth.

    Finely chop the dark chocolate and hazelnuts.

    Layer the yogurt‑chia mix and fruit puree alternately in two glasses, finishing with a layer of puree. Top with chocolate shavings, hazelnuts, and puffed amaranth before serving.
