Chia Pudding with Banana

The Chia Pudding with Banana from Spoonsparrow is the perfect clean-eating breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 250 g Greek yogurt
  • 250 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 60 g chia seeds
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 pinches ground turmeric

Instructions

    Mix yogurt, almond milk, vanilla, salt and chia seeds the evening before. Peel 1 banana, mash it finely with a fork and mix it in. Let it swell for 20 minutes and then stir again. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.

    The next morning, fill 4 glasses with chia pudding with banana. Peel the remaining banana, slice it and place it on the pudding. Sprinkle the chia pudding with banana with a pinch of turmeric each.
