Goat Cheese Wraps with Grapes

Goat cheese wraps with grapes from Spoonsparrow are perfect for the lunchbox, as a snack or for a picnic.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp walnuts (60 g)
- 100 g Field salad
- 1 small red onion (30 g)
- 150 g red grapes
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 100 g goat cheese (4 tbsp)
- Pepper
Instructions

Toast walnuts in a pan without fat over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Then let cool and roughly chop.

Meanwhile, wash and spin dry the field salad. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings. Separate the grapes from the stems, wash them thoroughly, pat them dry, and halve them.

Toast the wraps in a non-stick pan without fat for about 30 seconds on each side over high heat.

Then spread each wrap with 1 tbsp goat cheese, season lightly with pepper, add salad, onion, walnuts, and grapes, fold in from the bottom, then roll up.
