Cherry Puree with Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 350 g whipped cream
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • Zucker
  • 200 g sweet cherries (from the jar)

Instructions

    Beat the cream with 2 tbsp sugar and the vanilla sugar until very stiff. Drain the cherries and simmer with 3 tbsp sugar for 6 minutes. Then puree with a stick blender and let cool.

    Fill each of 4 glasses with 1-2 tbsp cherry puree, top with cream, finish with more cherry puree, garnish with cream, chill for 15 minutes, then serve.
