Ingredients
- 200 g black currants (from the jar)
- 30 g dried banana slices
- 2 Eggs
- 150 g cane sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 150 g butter
- 300 g sour cream
- 250 g flour
- a pinch of salt
- 0.5 packet Baking powder
- 200 g powdered sugar
- red food coloring
- 24 paper cups
Instructions

Drain the black currants and crumble the banana slices.

Beat the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, and butter until fluffy. Stir in the sour cream. Mix flour, a pinch of salt, and baking powder; fold into the wet mixture. Fold in cherries and bananas.

Place two paper cups together. Fill the cups with batter.

Bake at 175 °C for about 20 minutes, then increase to 200 °C for another 15 minutes. Remove from oven.

Whisk powdered sugar with a little water. Color part of it with food coloring. Brush the muffins with a light glaze.
