Ingredients

  • 150 g whole peeled almonds
  • 150 g whole peeled hazelnuts
  • 150 g macadamia nuts
  • 150 g mixed seeds (pumpkin seeds, pistachios, pine nuts)
  • 3 egg whites
  • 200 g brown sugar

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C with upper and lower heat.

    Chop the nuts and mix them with the seeds.

  3. 3.

    Beat the egg whites with the sugar until fluffy but not fully stiff, then fold in the nut mixture. With a tablespoon, place small heaps spaced apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Remove, lift from the sheet with the parchment, and let cool.
