Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 260 g sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 130 g macadamia nuts
- 1 tsp anise seeds
Instructions

Line a shallow pan with parchment paper. Beat the egg whites into stiff peaks. Fold in the sugar and vanilla sugar spoon by spoon. Add the honey and beat until glossy and firm to the touch. Roughly chop the nuts.

Prepare a double boiler over hot water. Pour the mixture in and stir until it becomes thick and firm. Then fold in the nuts and seeds, pour into the pan, smooth the top, and cover with parchment paper. Let set overnight, then cut into pieces for serving.
