Ingredients

  • 500 g feta
  • 2 onions
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 10 green olives
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

    Cut the cheese into 4 thick slices. Peel and slice the onions into rings. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices. Halve the olives and remove the pits.

    Brush 4 pieces of aluminum foil (about 20 x 20 cm) with olive oil. Place the onions in the center, lightly season with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes on top and season similarly.

    Distribute the cheese over the tomatoes, scatter the olives on top, sprinkle with a little pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

    Seal the foil tightly and grill on high heat for 10-12 minutes.

    Open the foil to serve and garnish with parsley.
