Cheese Sausage Raclette

Ingredients

  • 4 boiled sausages (Knacker)
  • 200 g raclette cheese (whole block)
  • 150 g breakfast bacon (16 slices)

Instructions

    Remove the skin from the sausages, cut them crosswise and lengthwise into halves, and score the round side several times.

    Slice the cheese into about 0.5 cm thick pieces, then cut those into roughly 2 cm squares.

    Insert the cheese pieces into the sausage slits.

    Place one slice of bacon on each raclette pan, set the stuffed sausages on top, and bake in a preheated raclette appliance until the cheese melts and turns lightly golden.
