Ingredients

  • 350 g cheese in slices (e.g., Bergkäse and Gouda)
  • 1 bundle radishes
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 2 pickled cucumbers
  • 1 bundle spring onions
  • 1 bundle chives
  • 0.5 bundle dill
  • 2 tsp sweet mustard
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • Salt
  • white pepper
  • paprika powder

Instructions

    Slice both cheeses into thin strips. Wash, peel, and slice the radishes and cucumber into rounds, then cut them into strips. Dice the pickled cucumbers finely. Wash the spring onions, trim, and slice the green parts into fine rings.

    Wash and dry the herbs; cut chives into rosettes and trim dill tips. Whisk mustard, lemon juice, and vinegar together. Fold in chives, gradually stir in oil. Optionally mix in sour cream and season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.

    Combine cheese, radishes, cucumber, and spring onions with the dressing. Serve garnished with reserved dill tips.
