Ingredients
- 200 g alphabet pasta
- 125 g cooked ham (finely diced)
- 100 g peas (frozen)
- 125 g carrots (finely diced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 pinch sugar
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 150 g cream cheese
- 3 tbsp whipping cream
Instructions

Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, then rinse and drain.

Sauté carrots and peas in oil for a few minutes, season with salt and pepper, and finish with 1 tbsp lemon juice.

Whisk cream cheese with whipping cream, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Combine 2 tbsp lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar, and olive oil; mix with pasta and vegetables, let rest briefly.

Serve on plates and drizzle a dollop of cheese-cream dressing over the top.
