Ingredients
- 200 g Gruyère Cheese
- 1 egg
- 4 Tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 romaine lettuce
- 2 Spring Onions
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- 1 bunch dill
- Salt
- Pepper

Cut the rindless cheese into two equal slices. Beat the egg. Pass each slice through the beaten egg, then coat in breadcrumbs. Clean and wash the lettuce, cut into strips. Trim and wash the spring onions, slice finely into rings. Mix vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Finely chop dill, mix it in, and drizzle over the salad.

Heat butter and oil; fry the cheese on both sides until golden yellow, drizzle with lemon juice, and serve atop the salad.
